7 Jam Kitchen is the culmination of over 35 years in a professional kitchen. From tour catering with popular music artists to a creperie on a Fort Lauderdale beach, Chef Kevin Guay has had a wide and varied career. Kevin is looking forward to cooking fresh, locally sourced ingredients and hosting patrons in a thoughtfully designed space in which to have quiet conversations and eat good food.
